The purpose of Refresher Training is to maintain and more importantly, enhance the performance of air traffic controllers. The programme is designed specifically for participants that have already qualified as air traffic controllers not only to maintain their competencies but to enhance their performance in an ever evolving technological and air navigation scenario.
During the programme we will review, reinforce and enhance the knowledge and skills of air traffic controllers in key areas of
1. SARPs
2. Abnormal and emergency situations
It can not be overemphasized that active participation in this programme will yield the maximum benefit for participants.
